Under the existing technology and resources, the company can develop the MTO process catalyst suitable for hengtong chemical industry, which can break the foreign monopoly and reduce the production cost of MTO. At present, the company has completed the comparison test between the two conditions of constant pressure and pressure, and provided relevant experimental data and conclusions. According to the test results, the catalyst performance optimization under pressure condition is suitable for hengtong chemical process conditions. Under the conditions of conversion rate, selectivity, catalytic life and other conditions, the company will build a fixed fluidized bed test device to carry out the pilot, and gradually replace the catalyst.
